1. How do you make NAYELLE products?
Our 1st step is to take our Bio-active complex, nutrient rich ingredients and ferment them as it’s the only way to achieve true improvements. Then the next step is to “condition” these Probiotic natural ingredients. This step is essential to ensure that when you put NAYELLE product on your skin, it will be absorbed at a deep cellular level and bring you real results. Quality ingredients in proper ratio-formulated Probiotic technology is the only way to guarantee effectiveness.
2. Why is probiotic skincare the best choice for your skin?
“Simply said – because it is the way nature works. Human bodies are intelligent and if you provide them with proper ingredients they can take care of themselves. The skin is our largest organ and the only one you can feed directly…so why would you feed it processed canned food, instead of raw organic “full of life” fresh food? 3. Why do my airless bottles take a lot of pumps to get product out?
Airless packaging helps to keep air and contaminates out of the product, which enhances the formula’s stability and effectiveness. When using NAYELLE products for the first time, you may need to “prime” the dispenser. There is a disk that pushes the product to the top which can become stuck, and you may need to bang the bottom of the bottle 3-4 times on a flat-hard surface to loosen the disk, then pump the dispenser slowly about 15-20 times upside down. After it starts pumping you can pump right side up as normal.
If the dispenser stops working at any time, simply repeat the “priming” step. We do not recommend attempting to dismantle the package.
4. Why do so many other Skincare lines not work?
From our research, it was found other skincare lines tend to buy 50-60 artificial ingredients, produce them in sterile factory formulation settings, bottle them with fancy packaging and a sales gimmicks to promise you results! Their ingredients are often not recognized by your skin’s cells so they just sit there unproductively until their rinsed down the drain along with your money! We think you’ll be shocked to know that many of them use “engine coolant” & “fertilizers” as apart of their ingredients. Yes, when you see “polypropylene glycols” on your skincare ingredients list, you are putting engine coolant on your skin! “Urea” is a fertilizer…these are not likely what you want in your skincare! 5. How is NAYELLE’s product ingredients “conditioned”?
The base of our products are “conditioned” with Probiotic (Lactobacilus) fresh goat milk kefir and harvested Atlantic sea kelp, creating richly concentrated and bio-available fusion of bio active vitamins, peptides, antioxidants, essential fatty 3-6-9 acids, organic acids and minerals. This Bio-active base is wrapped in organic Aloe Vera extract, jojoba oil and water extract of the Eco-certified snow mushroom renowned for its healing benefits to skin. At the end, we add super concentrated mineral oceanic clay.
6. What is your Return Policy?

7. How do I order?

Follow the instructions on the order page. Please fill out the shipping information. Lastly, fill out payment information and confirm. The order is then processed by NAYELLE. An email confirmation will be automatically generated and sent to you.
8. How do I track my order?
NAYELLE will send you tracking information upon receipt and processing of the order. Please note, it may take up to 48 hours not including holidays to process your order. Once the product ships, we will email you your tracking information.

13. Are NAYELLE products suitable for someone with sensitive skin?
Yes, NAYELLE’s products were developed to provide the highest level of efficacy even for the most sensitive skin types. They were tested by dermatologists for irritation & sensitivity, and were approved to be effective for sensitive skin types.
14. How long will it take to see the benefits from using the products?

15. Are NAYELLE products non-comedogenic, or will they clog my pores?
The NAYELLE’s products are non-comedogenic formulations so will not clog your pores. The Goat Milk Kefir contains AHA (Alpha Hydroxyl Acid) that gently removes dead skin cells clearing your pores.
16. Do NAYELLE products contain sunscreen?
They contain some sunscreen via the clay, but applying additional sunscreen is recommended.
